What is the cost of a report?
Our reports start at $495.00 incl GST. The cost of a report depends on the size and specific features of the property. We can usually give you a quote over the phone after asking a few simple questions.
How long does a report take?
This is dependent on the size of the property, however a standard inspection will take between 2 and 3 hours onsite, and the final report will be delivered to you within 48 hours.
Do you deal with the agent/vendor?
Yes – all we need is the contact details of the agent or vendor, and we will arrange a suitable time for access.
Do you check earthquake damage?
Yes, we can cross-check the earthquake scope of works that has been carried out. Just supply us with the scope of works and our inspector will reconcile this onsite.
Unrepaired earthquake damage will be highlighted in the report.
Do you check maintenance issues?
Your report summary will include clearly defined major defects, minor defects and maintenance issues.
Is there an opportunity to speak with the inspector?
Yes, after receiving the report, you are welcome to call the inspector for further information.
